Amerinote Capital Funding’s goal is to grow our portfolio across different verticals. Our interest lies in non-consumer, residential, commercial, and special-use mortgage loans with a taste for all performance levels and lien positions.

ACF has a unique mosaic approach to managing risk over the short and long term within the secondary, whole-loan market space.

Our proprietary market-strategy approach is designed to target baseline yields in mid-single digits to high teens, depending on the economic landscape and cost of capital vs risk tolerance.

We have a desire to participate in investment strategies that do not share counter-risk to correlated legacey markets.
